We ship USPS from Eastern Pennsylvania. UPS Ground upon request.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction with our Collections is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, Pro Cycling Jerseys offers an Exchange Policy. Due to seasonal change in design and sponsorship of Team Issue and apparel Collections, we will always strive to replace any defective item with the same or similar item. If the exchange is due to an error of Pro Cycling Jerseys or if item is defective, we will pay for shipping the returned item.

Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in the same condition as delivered, with all the tags, labels, and bags in place. Items cannot be worn, damaged, or laundered, need to look, smell and feel as delivered, and must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Exchanges must be packaged to prevent damage.

SIZING
Pro Cycling Jerseys offers Team Issue and Collections crafted in Italy in European sizes, are designed to fit tight for racing and low wind resistance, and are one size smaller than USA sizes. Since all clothing manufacturers size their clothes differently, we recommend using your current cycling apparel as a guide. If you wear a European marked Jersey or Bib Short, you may find a number on the tag such as 3, 4, 5, or 6. Simply order accordingly.

Please try on your apparel after you have showered. If you think you may have to exchange a Bib Short, please try on over underwear.
